We are home!!

On Tuesday we had our swearing in at the US Consulate. After that we took the train from Guangzhou to Hong Kong it was about a 2 hour ride. Not the way to travel when you have so much luggage. As Kysle kept reminding me I overpacked. My motto better safe than sorry! Well that was an experience. Cole and Lexie loved the train ride. We flew out the next morning from Hong Kong direct to Newark a 15.5 hour flight. The kids were fantastic on the flight. No problems. It was just long... As soon as Lexie stepped out of the plane she became a U.S. citizen, pretty cool. Then our flight from Newark to Boston was delayed about 30 minutes and we arrived home on Wednesday night. Kysle's parents picked us up at the airport it was so great to see them. My parents and one of my sisters were waiting for us at the house. Both kids fell asleep on the car ride home. Lexie was so excited when she saw the house and her new bedroom. What a hit that was! She immediately started playing with all the toys in there. It was so cute. She has been so happy since we arrived home. We feel very lucky that she has adjusted so well to all of us. We are all dealing with some jetlag though. So time to reprogram our internal clocks back to the U.S.

That's all for now.....
